Personalized fitness is the best mix between personal training and gym benefits.

  • First, you will sit down with a fitness trainer who will help identify where you are and set goals to where you want to be.
  • You then will be set up on our innovated personal improvement/accountability software that will keep track of your progress and set up an action plan to get you on your way to accomplish your goals.
  • After the initial consultation, your journey to achievable results begins!
  • You will have access to an online meal planner and a fitness trainer who will guide you in your workouts at our innovative facility.
  • Every week you will meet with your fitness trainer who will take measurements and make sure your actions are aligned with your goals.

The cost is based on workout frequencies (all other services are included). Let our fitness trainer make your workouts fun, challenging, and designed to your needs.

  • Workout 2 x Week - $139/Month
  • Workout 3 x Week - $169/Month
  • Workout Unlimited - $199/Month

Individualized Fitness

Individualized Fitness is the cost effective way of achieving your goals

  • First, you will sit down with a fitness trainer who will help identify where you are and set goals to where you want to be.
  • You then will be set up on our innovated personal improvement/accountability software that will keep track of your progress and set up an action plan to get you on your way to accomplish your goals.
  • After the initial consultation, your journey to achievable results begins!
  • You will have access to an online meal planner.
  • A fitness trainer will write your workouts for you each time you come to work out.
  • Every week you will meet with your fitness trainer who will take measurements and make sure your actions are aligned with your goals.

The cost is based on workout frequencies (all other services are included). Let our fitness trainer make your workouts fun, challenging, and designed to your needs.

  • Workout 2 x Week - $49/Month
  • Workout Unlimited - $99/Month

The only difference between Personalized and Individualized training programs is the involvement of the fitness trainer during workouts. With Personalized Programs, a fitness trainer will guide you through your workouts. With Individualized, the trainer will give you a printed workout. Keep in mind, if questions arise during your workout, a fitness trainer will be available to answer any questions.

Pay for Results


The Pay for Results program is a risk free way of trying the program that rewards you for achieving your results.

  • First, you will sit down with a fitness trainer who will help identify where you are and set goals to where you want to be.
  • You then will be set up on our innovated personal improvement/accountability software that will keep track of your progress and set up an action plan to get you on your way to accomplish your goals.
  • After the initial consultation, your journey to achievable results begins!
  • You will have access to an online meal planner and a fitness trainer who will guide you in your workouts at our innovative facility.
  • Every week you will meet with your fitness trainer who will take measurements and make sure your actions are aligned with your goals.

  • 1st Month Trial - $299
    • After 1st trial goal is achieved - $200/Month
      • You do not pay until you achieve your results. The first month is a trial where we set 3 different goals with you: body fat%, measurements, and weight. If you achieve 2 out of the 3 goals we set for you, you are admitted into the program. If you do not, you are not obligated to pay. However, if you wish to continue and you have not followed our program, you must pay the first month trial cost.
    • After 1st goal is achieved - $175/Month
      • Once you achieve your 1st month trial goal, a personal trainer will work with you in setting a long-term goal. We will break down your long term goal into 4 smaller goals. You pay the $200/Month until you achieve your first goal. The harder you work and the faster you achieve your goals, the less you pay!
    • After 2nd goal is achieved – $150/Month
    • After 3rd goal is achieved – $125/Month
    • After goal is completed – $100/Month
    • After 6 months of maintenance – $75/Month
    • After 1 year of maintenance - $50/Month

    Personal Training


    Work with a Personal Trainer 1 on 1.

    • First, you will sit down with a personal trainer who will help identify where you are and set goals to where you want to be.
    • You then will be set up on our innovated personal improvement/accountability software that will keep track of your progress and set up an action plan to get you on your way to accomplish your goals.
    • After the initial consultation, your journey to achievable results begins!
    • Your personal trainer will write meal plans for you as well as guide you in your workouts 1 on 1.
    • Every week you will meet with your personal trainer who will take measurements and make sure your actions are aligned with your goals.

    The cost is $50 a session.
