About Us

Four Pillar Fitness was founded in May 2006 and began operating as a personal training studio. Previously, Reed Carlson and Ryan Larsen worked at Aspire Health & Fitness as Personal Trainers while Matt Carlson worked with the owner in marketing and operations. Through their combined efforts, they saw an opportunity to save clients money by starting their own training facility.
Market research indicated that the majority of people would use a personal trainer if they could afford one. Seizing this opportunity, they developed a model that allowed customers to have a personal trainer but at an affordable rate. Clients now pay a monthly fee to receive a full body analysis, nutrition planning, track progress, have accountability, and receive customized workouts every time they use the gym. All workouts are designed to fit the needs and the goals of each individual.
